Our strategy hinges on global recognition, state-of-the-art facilities, innovative teaching methods, and groundbreaking research. We’re not just a university; we’re a catalyst for sustainable development, both locally and internationally.
Our vision? To be the cornerstone of Libyan progress, producing exceptional graduates, pioneering research, and fostering a culture of innovation.
Why we are participating in the project
Tobruk University is keenly interested in the HGRA project due to its recognition of the urgent migration crisis in Libya. This initiative aligns with our commitment to societal welfare and academic excellence. By participating, we aim to raise awareness of the crisis’s long-term impact and empower our academic community. The project provides a platform to establish an observatory, collect crucial data, and offer policy recommendations for effective management. Our involvement will enable us to equip Libyan universities with the necessary tools, knowledge, and programs to address the migration crisis comprehensively, fostering positive change for our nation and its future.
Our role in the project
Tobruk University assumes a crucial role in Work Package 2 (WP2), centered on gathering essential data concerning the progression of migration concerns and their societal implications. Furthermore, Tobruk University actively supports local policymaking, champions best practices, and offers services like workshops, training, and assistance in curriculum and program development, all of which are available at the discretion of Zawia University. Our commitment is to provide tailored support, addressing Zawia University's specific requirements to effectively address the challenges posed by migration.
