On January 21, 2025, the 2nd Thematic Roundtable, a significant milestone within the framework of the HGRA project led by Sapienza University of Rome, was successfully concluded. This event marked a crucial advancement in our endeavor to enhance local capacities and empower beneficiary universities in developing academic modules focused on Migration and Development.
Throughout the roundtable discussions, strategic approaches were explored with the aim of attaining international recognition for local training programs. These discussions were pivotal in fostering partnerships and establishing networking opportunities with European Higher Education Institutions (EHEIs). Aligned with the principles of the Bologna Process and Dublin Descriptors, our deliberations were directed towards ensuring academic excellence and relevance in the domain.
Under the guidance of Sapienza University of Rome in Work Package 4 (WP4), the Second Thematic Roundtable initiated the formulation of Teaching Modules specifically tailored to Libyan higher education institutions. Adhering to the current standards of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), our commitment lies in furnishing these institutions with the necessary tools for academic success and innovation.
